A story is told with lessons learned that the audience can relate to/get good information. Speakers have 10 – 40 minutes to tell their story (depending on nature and impact of the story). The topic is then open for discussion with a panel and/or the audience participation.
-
UnPanel
Like a panel, just with more interaction from the audience. 3-4 speakers with a moderator. Each speaker provides with 3-7 minutes to give their insight on a topic. Then the session is moderators with the panelists and audience.
-

Open to anyone who has something to say! They get 2 minutes to pitch on who they are, what they are looking for (job hunters, investor seekers, investors seeking, pitching their product). Sponsors get a prime slot. A good way for folks to get an idea of who is there enhances networking.
-
Discussion Group
A chance to deep dive on a topic. Casual sessions set around a circle of chairs for deeper interactivity, personal question-solving. Led by 1-2 folks.
-

Discussion Groups
These are breakout sessions on steroids! A deep dive on topics lead by Discussion Leaders in a cozy setting, where you get to set the agenda, get your questions answered, and share your experience with the group. Topics feature a little social, a little mobile development and just getting down to business.
Six Topics are held simultaneously. You will only get a chance to attend 3. Each session is 40 minutes. Once your session finishes, move along to your next favorite. (Hint: sometimes if you leave your best favorite to the end, you actually get more one-on-one time with the Discussion Leaders, because everyone else would have gone there first!). There will be a Wrap session at the end to hear from all of the Discussion Leaders – so you won’t miss a thing!
